Lovia is a proprietary mixture of Reb-A extracted from Stevia leaves and Mogroside V extracted from the Luo Han Guo fruit. The blend of monk fruit and stevia provides the sweetness of monk fruit while reducing the bitter aftertaste of stevia. It is 30 to 100 times sweeter than sucrose. Lovia can be prepared into beverages, sodas, dairy products, yogurt, protein powders, baked goods, cereals, tablets, bars, confectionery, and a variety of other food applications.
