(4) The elimination of primary colors and light stability need to be improved;
(5) Poor thermal stability, which is a problem that needs to be solved urgently during the post-processing and consumption of soybean protein fiber;
(6) The characterization and understanding of soybean protein fiber needs to be strengthened.
