Pea Protein Isolate

Pea protein isolate is a protein powder derived from 100% pea protein isolate-not added or ingested in any way.

And, because protein isolate is highly refined, there is more protein and less carbohydrates and fat in every scoop-no matter what your goal is, it is perfect.

The pea protein isolate process is quite complicated as below.

peas → cleaning → soaking → refining → slurry residue separation → centrifugal removal of starch → acid precipitation → centrifugal separation → sediment alkali dissolution → spray drying → pea protein isolate

The Recommended Method of Use for Pea Protein Isolate

1. Mix pea protein isolate ingredients with other ingredients evenly, and can be used as a solid beverage or health care product directly after mixing with warm water and drinking, which can obtain pea protein isolate nutrition.

2. Mix pea protein isolate ingredients with water and other ingredients in a certain proportion, extrude and expand for use.

The above methods are for reference only, and customers can add them according to actual needs.

Packing and transportation of Pea Protein Isolate

The outer bag is a paper-plastic composite bag, and the inner bag is a food-grade polyethylene plastic bag, each with a net weight of 20kg.

No pallet---12 tons/20'GP, 25 tons/40'GP;

Add pallets---10 tons/20'GP, 20 tons/40'GP.

Storage method and Shelf life of Pea Protein Isolate

Storing in a low-temperature and dry place, not mixed with odorous or volatile materials, and rain and moisture-proof. Best use within 12 months.

Pea Protein Isolate VS Soy Protein Isolate

The absorption rate of soy protein isolate is similar to whey and all essential amino acids (non-animal protein sources are rare). However, a 2013 study in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition compared the effects of whey supplementation with soy and found that subjects who used soy "have a lower testosterone response." In addition, whey users are better able to suppress cortisol (a stress hormone that breaks down muscles).

Then, pea protein may be a better choice than soybeans. It comes from yellow peas and is as complete as soybeans (contains all essential amino acids). Pea protein is also free of allergens, which is good for those who can't digest whey.
