Anhydrous Dextrose, is an organic compound, i.e. dextrose without crystal water. It is a colourless crystal or white crystalline powder; odourless and sweet. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol. Anhydrous dextrose is a nutritional medicine. Can be used to make glucose injections, glucose sodium chloride injections, compound sodium lactate glucose injections and other medicines.

Molecular Structure
Take about 10g of the product for specific rotation, accurately weigh it, put it in a 50ml measuring bottle, add an appropriate amount of water to dissolve it with 2.0ml of ammonia test solution, dilute it with water to the mark, shake well, leave it for 60 minutes, and measure it at 25°C according to the law (Appendix VI E), the specific rotation is +52.6° to +53.2°.
